Devyn also has a passion for promoting organ and tissue donation. In August of 2015, Devyn made the decision to become a non-directed living kidney donor to honor her mother’s life by giving life to someone else. As Miss Wisconsin for America, Devyn enjoys giving back and stays actively involved as an End Domestic Abuse WI volunteer, Wisconsin Department of Justice survivor speaker, National Kidney Registry, American Hero award recipient honorably received at "Season of Miracles Gala", Georgetown University research on altruism study participant, and UW Organ and Tissue Donation volunteer.
In her free time, she enjoys exercise, bargain shopping, traveling, and spending quality time with family members.
